This restaurant is part of the short list of quality addresses in the centre of Florence, a stone's throw from the cathedral. The period architecture and elegant decoration make it a choice stopover. On one side of the entrance, a beautiful exhibition of the best wines of the region, and on the other side, a small lounge where magazines on Tuscan cuisine are freely read. The excellence of its cuisine has established its reputation, particularly for its fresh products and homemade pasta. We love burrata ravioli on a bed of pesto and onion cream!

Joli cadre / nous avons été séduits par le lieu mais la cuisine n a pas été à la hauteur de nos attentes. Les photos présentées sur le site ne correspondent pas à la réalité. Le service était moyen, le personnel désorganisé malgré le peu de monde. La note était du coup trop élevée par rapport à ce qu on a mangé. Le vin était bon. Nous avons été bien conseillés. Je pense qu ils surfent sur la vague de leur ancienne réputation. Dommage, je ne recommanderais pas.
