We got the Campagnola and Colombo 2.0 pizzas and the Colombo was the best pizza I've had yet in Italy (the Campagnola was also fantastic). The service was also the perfect level of attentiveness. Really great restaurant and would go there again if we visit Firenze again.

Einfach ein großartiger Ort, um wirklich exzellente Pizzen, Calzone, etc. zu genießen!

Der Teig, die absolut frischen Zutaten und die Kunst der optimalen Zubereitung im Ofen machen jede Pizza zum harmonischen Gesamtkunstwerk.
Dass die Weinkarte sich dann auf dem selben Niveau befindet, rundet den stimmigen Gesamteindruck nur noch harmonisch ab.

Und nach freundlichem Small-Talk mit Chef und Kellner bekommt man eine Rechnung, die dazu einlädt öfters wiederzukommen.

Muy rica comida. Las pizzas creo recordar, eran estilo sicilianas. La pasta también increíble. Y justo enfrente del Mercado Central, sitio imposible dónde comer, al estar lleno de turistas y foráneos. El vino también es muy recomendable, el dueño es sumiller y posee una bodega amplia de vinos y los consejos sobre ellos, se agradecen. Para recomendar y repetir. El local es pequeño, pero muy acogedor. El servicio también muy bueno, en idioma castellano.

Venimos de excursión por parte del cole desde España.
Es el sitio perfecto si quieres comer lo mejor de lo mejor por poco precio (entre 8 y 12.5€), las pizzas están muy buenas y tardan poco.
El ambiente es muy bueno, puedes ver cómo cocinan las pizzas y son muy amables.
Sin duda ninguna 100% recomendable, sobre todo para alumnos, se organizan muy bien, cosa muy útil para alumnos o grupos grandes de gente.

Approximately a month ago, we went with our group of 6 friends. Despite not having a reservation, a suitable table was arranged for us. The waiters divided the bill into three parts without us asking, which saved us time on splitting the bill. There's no need to describe the quality and taste of the pizza; it was fantastic. The reason I feel the need to comment a month later is that I can't get the pizza out of my mind :)

Sat inside and got a great view of the chef's skills with the pizza oven. Staff were very informative and efficient. Great wine list and reasonably priced. Food and service are top class here.
The pizza was delicious, would love to have tried the rolled up ones, Trunchetta next time! The tiramisu was very tasty without being too soggy. We were intrigued by the other dessert choices too, all homemade! Thanks

Excelente pizzería junto al animado Mercado Central de Florencia. Comimos en la terraza acristalada y nos trataron de maravilla. Buenísimo.

Sono andato ai Camaldoli grazie alle ottime recensioni viste su Maps, è devo dire che le aspettative sono state completente soddisfatte. La pizza è ottima, digeribile è con ingrediente di qualità. Ma siamo rimasti anche molto compiti dalla gentilezza e disponibilità di Arcangelo, il proprietario, persona con cui si parla molto volentieri. Assolutamente consigliato
