A historic site, recently restructured, which showcases testimonies of the past such as the "sala del Buco", where you can admire 14th-century frescoes and the well dating back to 1711. A warm and welcoming place to savour traditional Tuscan recipes: tripe Florentine style, ossobuco, not forgetting tagliata and bistecca alla fiorentina cooked on a charcoal grill. Pastas and pastries are homemade, and the cellar boasts 200 labels. Its terrace on Florence's most famous square is a real treat!

Owner's Message
The Florence of the 1300's was home to many osterias, or celle as they were then called, and various of them, famous for their culinary merits, are not only remembered in literary and poetic compositions but even lent their names to the streets or corners on which they were located in the historical center.
This is the case of the RISTORANTE IL BARGELLO: its rooms are those of the Cella del Buco of old, from which derives the name of the narrow street that flanks today's restaurant: Chiasso del Buco.
In fact, the only thing that has changed today, after more than six hundred years, is the entrance-and, of course, something in the look of the rooms. But the spirit and the substance of the ancient Florentine culinary tradition have remained unchanged over the ages at the RISTORANTE IL BARGELLO, where you'll find special dishes typical of our cuisine, refined delicacies, and tasty pasta dishes and main courses, all prepared and served in that typically Florentine style that Pietro Aretino sang in his verses:
"L'APPARECCHIAR DELLA TAVOLA,
L'ORNARLA DI ROSE,
IL LEVAR DEI BICCHIERI...
...COMES FROM FIRENZE."

Mukemmel bir Italyan restorani. Pasta ve pizza cesitleri cok ve lezzetli. Ortalama 9 euro civarindan basliyor fiyatlar. Ayrica atmosfer sahane .

Was für ein phantastischer Ort. Man sitzt draußen mit großartigem Blick auf Michelangelos David und die Loggia dei Lanzi. Trotz des touristischen Orts sehr anständiges Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis: Die Pizzen sind dünn und kross, wie sie Sein müssen, die Pasta mit Steinpilzen und Trüffeln ebenso wie die Spaghetti Carbonara sind ein Gedicht.
