Un repas délicieux, des serveurs très sympas et un décor de restaurant typique : nous avons passé un super moment et on y reviendra à notre prochaine visite de Florence. Pensez à réserver si vous voulez avoir une table ;) !

Lo so che si dovrebbe recensire un locale per il cibo e l'esperienza, ma mi sento di dire che per il trattamento che il titolare ha avuto nei confronti di una persona che chiede di poter mangiare nel suo locale , non ci avrei speso neanche un centesimo , il titolare si è dimostrato una persona maleducata , razzista vesto le persone del sud e totalmente irrispettoso, noi siamo entrati solo per chiedere di poter mangiare e se fosse disponibile un tavolo e lui con una maleducazione unica ci ha praticamente cacciati fuori, se vi trovate nella zona evitate di chiedere informazioni se non avere prenotato il tavolo , mi dispiace perché era un locale dove avrei tanto voluto provare la cucina .

I came here for my birthday with friends and had such a blast. I was welcomed with a handwritten birthday card from Trattoria Sostanza staff and also received well wishes from one of the managers during the dinner. Also, Briauna served my table and she had so much knowledge regarding the dinner menu (including specials) as well as the wine selections. I sincerely appreciate her patience with my group as we needed a lot of time to both catch up and also to pick our entree/drinks. I will definitely return again to this amazing restaurant!

Operating without a website or PR for over 150 years Trattoria Sostanza is something of an institution, and although locals may gripe that the Restaurant has become overrun with tourists those with the prudence to book one of six tables will discover textbook Tuscan cuisine served by a pleasant staff.

Not remotely fancy, the bar up front doubling as a prep-station for Dessert and cashier, it is surrounded by family photos that house Wine is poured liberally prior to the arrival of bread made fresh and replenished on request.

Known for signatures including Bistecca alla Fiorentina, according to some the best in town, an antipasti of sliced Salumi compares favorably to many while Tortellini en Brodo split to share comes hazy but packed savory notes and a vegetal finish.

Sporting an open kitchen, its small size comparable to Sostanza itself, both the Artichoke Omelette (labeled “Pie”) and Chicken in Butter Sauce are highly-regarded for good reason while Meringue Pie with Chocolate Chips and Wild Strawberries is a textural masterpiece.

口コミと情報が違う部分と私自身が感じたことを書きたいなと思ったので投稿します。

まず予約についてですが必須だと思います。１人客の場合はわかりませんが全員断れてました。2人組は次の日の昼なら空いてるよと勧められてました。
私の場合、２〜3週間前にメールで予約を取りました。連絡先はどこかに載っていたかと思います。

私は1人だったのでトスカーナ料理のアーティチョークと、アーティチョークがセコンドの欄に合ったので前菜、primoの欄からお勧めを聞いて写真のものを注文しました。一皿でも一般的な女性なら満足出来ると思います。

余談ですが、前に座っていたイタリア人の方は1人でバターチキンだけだったので一皿だけでも問題ないんですね。

支払いはvisaタッチです。現金のみとの口コミをよく見ましたが、何なら店員さんから勿論クレカ使えるからとチエックお願いしたら説明されました。

店員さんのサービスがとても素晴らしくて、嬉しくて、ここのレストランに来てよかったなと心から思いました。

味に関しては美味しいのですが、私には日本(東京)で食べれるものと比較したときに何故ここまでここのレストランが有名なのかはわかりませんでしたし、個人の好みによると思います。

ですが満足度に関して言えば最高でした。次もしフィレンツェ来る機会があればまた伺いたいです。旅の充実感を上げれてくれると思います

Very good hospitality and cosy restaurant. Definitely to go for when you're in Florence! Florentine steak is very delicious as well as the butter chicken. The dessert of meringue cake with berries is a very good balance to end the meal and not sweet. Highly recommend the place!

We have been coming here for decades . Out of the places I've eaten in 75 countries- this place is in my top 5 easily. The food is truly outstanding and genius in its simplicity. What is even more impressive is that unlike the vast majority of restaurants that stretch back over a hundred years is its consistency. Most restaurants lose their soul and character as ownership/management/generations change- but not this place. Its amazing - the recipes are cooked the same over decades. There is a consistency night after night, year after year decade after decade.They have kept the same producers for vegetables, chicken, beef, bread over generations. The dining area has not changed nor has the simple kitchen ( Michelin starred chefs send their staff here for tutelage in learning fundamental culinary lessons in how to cook in a basic kitchen ). Most importantly- the pride and culture of the staff and the chefs has remained in tact. The baton has been passed from generation to generation - with the next honouring and preserving the "essence" of this place. Their professionalism, including their friendliness, is second to none. Bravo to all who work there- you have achieved something that is very unique in the restaurant business.

ローカルとツーリストで賑わう有名なレストラン。
とても賑やかで細長い店内は常に満席状態で予約は必須です。
アーティチョークのオムレツと鶏むね肉のバター焼は絶品です。
もちろん炭火で焼き上げたビステッカもオススメで接客サービスも気遣いが細かくて良いです！
あとは現金払いのみなので必ず多めに持って行って下さい！

Trattoria degna di esser chiamata tale, entrando si ha come la sensazione di esser rimasti negli anni '50, sia nell'arredo del locale che nell'abbigliamento dei camerieri, a dir poco gentili e cordiali. La cucina è deliziosa, dalla frittata di carciofi con limone, ai salumi toscani, alla tipica fiorentina e sopratutto alla torta con meringa, panna e fragoline di bosco, il tutto preparato da due cuochi simpaticissimi. Avevo prenotato per una serata, terminata la cena abbiamo deciso di prenotare anche per la sera seguente.

Trattoria di cui si fa un gran parlare ultimamente sui social. Siamo andati spinti dalla curiosità. Locale affascinante, con cucina a vista e brace per cuocere la bistecca. Servizio simpatico e velocissimo. Atmosfera molto piacevole. Tuttavia il rapporto qualità prezzo è scarsissimo: 20 € per un banalissimo petto di pollo al burro che viene prestato come una “specialità della casa” francamente sono ingiustificati. Così come il tanto decantato “tortino” di carciofi, praticamente una frittatina insipida con 4 carciofini 17 €. Passabili i dolci, ma niente di che. Niente caffè o amari perché “non hanno il bar”. Insomma, a me è sembrata una trappola per turisti.

Allucinazione collettiva a quanto pare... cibo nella media. Prezzi costantemente in aumento in tempi ridottissimi. Spazio ridottissimo, un bel po' di caos... Io boh....
