Created in 1956, Sabatino is THE popular Florentine trattoria par excellence! Here, no fuss and we share a table.

This small, unpretentious but very characteristic restaurant will delight lovers of authenticity. Here, no fuss, few tourists, the atmosphere is relaxed, even sometimes a little noisy. We eat well and everything, and for cheap at all! On arrival, the wine from the house is already on the tables. The menu of the day seems to be printed using an old typewriter. Be careful: let's point out to the very shy people that at Sabatino, it's common to share a table with strangers! For the others, try the adventure.

Very good local restaurant, try the bifsteak with potatoes. Just the potatoes itself dipped in the awesome juices of the meat, tells you what a gem this restaurant is. I hope they dont go too commercialized, keep the food and atmosphere local. First meal in Firenze will always remind me of this place

Trattoria tipica fiorentina con piatti semplici ma di ottima qualità, servizio veloce e cortese, ambiente altrettanto semplice e conviviale, ti può capitare di condividere il tavolo con sconosciuti quasi sempre disponibili a scambiare due chiacchiere, prezzi ottimi e sempre fatturati, dover fare quasi sempre la fila per metterti a sedere senza avere la possibilità di prenotare è un prezzo che si paga volentieri.
