A small trattoria in the heart of the San Lorenzo district, next to the Medici chapels, appreciated by the locals. A charming address, managed with passion by Tommaso and Francesco, both from a family of Florentine restaurateurs. The premises are meticulously decorated and the "country-provençal" decoration is a pleasant change from the traditional trattoria. The welcoming terrace, open all year round, is perfect to enjoy the atmosphere of the neighbourhood and enjoy an authentic (and copious!) homemade Florentine cuisine.

Il cibo è buono, ma trovo veramente vergognoso chiedere un calice di vino rosso, pagarlo 6 euro e ricevere in un calice due misere dita di vino.

Ristorante ottimo. Bella la location, atmosfera accogliente e servizio molto gentile e rapido. Primi buonissimi, dai pici alle lasagne fino alla parmigiana di melanzane, tutti i sapori si fondono in armonia. Prezzo allineato al centro di Firenze per una cena di qualità.

Highly recommend this little joint. The girls who served us were pleasant and very accomodating. Food was fantantic. Two stand-out dishes were spaghetti with sausages and black cabbage, and pasta with black pepper. The last dish was spicy from heavy black pepper but otherwise fantastic.
