Here is a special address in the San Frediano district, for its quiet location in the charming piazza del Cestello, in the shade of the 15th century church of the same name, for its clientele of regulars and, finally, for its refined atmosphere. As soon as you enter, an imposing bar and a fish stall welcome you. The menu favours seafood products, such as shrimp carpaccio or tuna tartar on a bed of mozzarella.
