In an absolutely incredible setting, this gourmet restaurant, with its seafood menu, promises an unforgettable candlelight dinner.

Nestled in the heart of the 14th-century Palace of Judges and Notaries, this "restaurant-museum" blends art and traditional Tuscan cuisine. The setting is absolutely incredible, with tables sheltered beneath wide, frescoed vaults. It's even possible to visit Dante's work! Fishing Lab took over the reins in 2016 and now brings a modern touch via a menu focused on the wonders of the sea. Thoughtful, in-house service. You know where to book for an unforgettable candlelit dinner!

Lo senti quando un ristorante ci mette il cuore e quando no.
Luogo stupendo, personale cordiale, il cibo arriva alla velocità della luce, il che potrebbe essere una cosa buona ma non lo è. Ho preso un risotto e si sentiva dalla consistenza dei chicchi che era precotto e neanche mantecato.
Una costosa catena di montaggio.

We enjoyed a nice lunch at Fishing Lab recently. They offer a lunch set in addition to their normal a la carte menu. There is a choice of four fish that are grilled and served with salad, rice, two veg and after meal coffee. We tried the salmon and tuna, both of which tasted very good. Portion size is manageable for lunch, service was very good throughout our lunch as well. Would gladly have lunch here again.

Average. Salmon was good. Shrimp was mushy and horrible. Cacciucco was good. Risotto balls bad. Service was good but they didn’t ask why we didn’t eat half the dishes.
