Meat temple, located at the corner of the SMN station. The menu simply offers the best meats in the world (Scottona, Chianina, Romagnola, Kobe, Marchigiana...). Of course, the house's speciality is bistecca alla Fiorentina, enhanced by an excellent selection of red wines, especially Tuscan ones. This carnival quality at its best is linked to the careful research of raw materials, coming from controlled and certified farms, where animals are pampered and fed with organic food. There is no equivalent in Florence.
