Opened in 1925, this small establishment is an institution for those who want to have a quick bite to eat with the excellent schiacciata (focaccia), one of the Florentine specialties. Also available for a little hunger: pizzas (including the delicious pizza bianca with mushrooms), paninis, a wide variety of breads and pastries... An ideal stop for those on a budget, in a charming square not far from the Galleria dell'Accademia, north of the San Giovanni neighborhood. The prices are very reasonable and the products are of good quality!
