A solid Florentine institution. The address has existed since 1872... It is one of Florence's most popular tables for quick meals, located on the ground floor of the Mercato Centrale. Lampredotto, trippa alla fiorentina, panino con bollito (boiled beef sandwich, dipped in gravy just before being served), pasta, salads, vegetables, or even small dishes, at an unbeatable price in the area. A word of advice: in summer, try to get there before noon, because then the place is crowded. A culinary experience to do!

Abbiamo assaggiato tutti e 3 i panini, davvero molto buoni. Servizio molto veloce ed esaustivo. Ci sono anche dei tavoli dove sedersi se si è fortunati perché c'è davvero tanta gente. Da provare e soprattutto da ritornare.

일행이 곱창버거 주문해서 딱 한 입 베어물었는데 괜찮네 싶었다가 바로 내장 특유의 비린내가 올라와 굉장히 역했습니다. 저녁 먹을때까지 엄청 고생했네요.. 일행은 잘 먹긴했는데 비위 약하시거나 내장 잘 못드시는 분은 비추하고 진짜 불친절합니다. 빨리 주문하고 꺼지라는 식이라 굉창히 불쾌했습니다. 정말 꼭 먹어야겠다는 분만 경험차 가보시고 그런게 아니면 가지마세요.

Bread is a little bit chewy. I liked their beef because it’s tender and light. I can finish it by myself if my jaw is strong enough.

Don't know why the queues are so long. The bread roll I had was so hard I literally broke my tooth. The steak in my sandwich was very gristly and everything was covered in grease. Not that cheap either considering what we got.
