In a small alleyway, not far from the cathedral, Eby's Bar is becoming one of the best places in Florence to enjoy a fresh (and seasonal) fruit juice. The waitress always prepares it in front of her customers at the counter. It is also possible to come for lunch by choosing South American snacks, usually quite spicy, such as burritos, quesadillas, or empenadas. For the rest, it is a coffee, except that in the evening, the debates are lively. The aperitivo is an excellent value for money!
