Right in the heart of Florence, even if there's often a queue, this iconic little sandwich shop is well worth the wait!
The queue can be long, but we assure you, the wait is worth it! From noon onwards, Fratellini's panini are all the rage in Florence. Just a stone's throw from Piazza della Signoria, this tiny 6m2 bottega has been in business since 1875! Given the low prices and the wide variety on offer (cured ham and truffle cream; salami, pecorino; sun-dried tomatoes, porchetta toscana, mortadella... in short, some thirty different toppings), you won't regret waiting a little while to enjoy your sandwich with other hungry people sitting on the sidewalk.
