The local bread, schiacciata, is garnished with the ingredients of your choice (the selection is vast: cheeses, sausages, vegetables, homemade creams such as those with truffles or artichokes). Be creative! Otherwise, choose the best-seller: the Favolosa. Some even say that if you didn't go to All'Antico Vinaio, you didn't really go to Florence.

Pour 4 ou 5€ on nous sert un énorme panini! On choisi soi-même le fromage, charcuterie et légumes que l'on veut, produits frais, super adresse! Par contre il faut faire un peu la queue et il y a très peu de place pour manger à l'intérieur
