If only the card could match the framework. Comfortably installed at the top of an old house, the restaurant that opens its very large windows so early on the beautiful days, offers a wonderful view of the government palace. But, on the base, customers stay a little on their hunger, with little supplied portions and limited choice. And the prices are a little high. Amateur fish, abstain, there is no à la carte. Excellent service and very good atmosphere.
