This charming little luxury B&B, just a stone's throw from the cathedral, has just two rooms... but what rooms they are! L'Italiana is a sumptuous blend of delicacy and romanticism, with an all-Italian design that reflects the dolce vita; and the other, La Spagnola, is energetic and warm, with bright colors and a strong temperament. A very intimate place where breakfast is served in the room. Comfort and service to meet every need. The choice is simple and the result high quality. A little Eden in the historic heart of the city.

I'd stay again but ask for a different room next time as the location is so perfect it was very convenient and affordable.
The room was not organized one of the two nights. The breakfast is not well represented in the posting on the website.
Only two pillows prepared, while there was additional pillows in a closet without covers.
No blankets; only a cover that was smaller than the bed size.
When I communicated to the owner about the dust, partial clean only to the locations mentioned. We then continued to find more dust.
An iron was delivered, but without an iron table. it was not promptly delivered.
The owner was communicative until I raised issues about more dust. When I asked for a partial refund for the inconvenience; they were muted.
the floor of the shower was broken.
This place made my days in Florance very un pleasant. it did have good A/C and comfortable bed. The balcony was overrated.
We paid as requested; and we did not receive what we paid for.
This was a very disappointing stay.

Nice situation by the cathedral but even though quiet location. Can be OK for a holliday if you are aware of what you are getting, but definitely not for a business trip.
