Room is well designed, location is pretty good. However room cleaning was terrible. I have not seen anybody in hotel. There is not any reception.

Room without reception. They should be more clear about that in their ad. Fridge and waterboiler were not working. Nespresso machine worked however. Breakfast not served until 08.30-9.00. But after request they arranged breakfast in nearby cafe. One and a half month after my stay I have still not received a receipt for my stay in spite of several requests both by me personally and by Booking.com.
Nice situation by the cathedral but even though quiet location. Can be OK for a holliday if you are aware of what you are getting, but definitely not for a business trip.

The location is perfect and the owners seemed very nice. The bed was clean and comfortable enough but there was a lot of dust. I appreciate these buildings are very old but it did need a really good deep clean.

I'd stay again but ask for a different room next time as the location is so perfect it was very convenient and affordable.

The Property was NOT neatly cleaned. it had dust at various places; every day we found dust over tops and areas of the room.

The room was not organized one of the two nights. The breakfast is not well represented in the posting on the website.
Only two pillows prepared, while there was additional pillows in a closet without covers.
No blankets; only a cover that was smaller than the bed size.

When I communicated to the owner about the dust, partial clean only to the locations mentioned. We then continued to find more dust.

An iron was delivered, but without an iron table. it was not promptly delivered.

The owner was communicative until I raised issues about more dust. When I asked for a partial refund for the inconvenience; they were muted.

the floor of the shower was broken.

This place made my days in Florance very un pleasant. it did have good A/C and comfortable bed. The balcony was overrated.

We paid as requested; and we did not receive what we paid for.

This was a very disappointing stay.

Emplacement top et chambre bien équipée. Manquent un repérage et un accueil physique. Ce peut être gênant quand on ne connaît pas, malgré la gentillesse de l'accueil au téléphone.

Abbiamo soggiornato per una notte in questo bed and breakfast molto carino nel cuore di Firenze. La nostra camera disponeva di un bagno compreso di tutto il necessario, un angolo per la colazione e anche una graziosa terrazza. Nel kit della colazione erano compresi biscotti, fette biscottate, dolci e creme varie oltre al caffè e alle spremute. Non è presente il servizio di conciergerie, ma la ragazza che ci ha accolte è stata molto carina e disponibile. Nel complesso consiglio vivamente di soggiornare alle Stanze di Caterina.

Ottima posizione, direi strategica, camera pulita e confortevole. Alessandro è stato molto disponibile e gentile a qualsiasi richiesta. Si consiglia per chi cerca una posizione tranquilla al centro di Firenze ????

Le Stanze Di Caterina is in a fantastic location near the Duomo, making it easy to reach all of the city's sights.

Communication was friendly, easy and fast. Despite arriving later than scheduled due to a problem with the trains, there were no issues.

The room was large and decorated with art work. I loved the shiny tiled bathroom which contained one of the nicest showers I've used in a hotel.

There is no breakfast room, instead there are 4 coffee pods, coffee machine, tea bags, kettle and various biscuits, jams and croissants. Orange juice and water were provided each day.
The room has good size fridge. A sink and washing liquid were provided too.

A safe was provided in the wardrobe, however, there's three locked doors from the road to the room so everything felt very secure.

Excelentes localização, serviço e limpeza. Há pinturas nos quartos de obras renascentistas, tudo muito bonito e agradável. Ao sair do hotel, basta olhar para a direita e vislumbrar o Duomo. Easter egg: Ao chegar na praça vire à esquerda e procure a estátua de Brunelleschi, o engenheiro que construiu o Duomo. A estátua está olhando para o Duomo.
