Excelente atención , personas muy formales y atentas , todo limpio, organizado , fácil acceso

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo,ambienti puliti,dotato di ogni confort,colazione abbondante,molto carini e disponibili,abbiamo lasciato il nostro bagaglio sia prima che dopo l assegnazione dalla camera,vicino alla stazione,ottima permanenza

Il proprietario, Sami, è stato gentilissimo, sempre con il sorriso e di un'ospitalità veramente enorme. Le stanze erano abbastanza carine, 2 letti a una piazza e mezzo di sotto e un letto matrimoniale sopra delle scale. Era offerta anche una colazione a 7€ a persona ma non l'abbiamo presa. Lo raccomando per chi non vuole spendere molto.

The location is not really closed to the train station. It’s no easy to need to lug your big luggage to walk the Rocky road and up the stairs before you can get to the reception. However if you’re hand-free it’s not a bad location.

We were given a room next to the staircase on the second floor, no lift, but receptionist was kind enough to carry up the suitcases up the narrow stairs for us.

This is the “oldest hotel” I’ve stayed to my visits to Europe/Italy since 24 Mar 2024. The door is still using the old old key lock and we have to remember to lock with the key whenever we get in or out the room!! The ceiling of the room is low and my son (height 185cm) can easily touch it by raising his arm. He needs to lower his head when entering the toilet in order not to hit the door frame.

The aircon in the room not working and when asked, the receptionist said it’ll only be usable during summer. But our room has no ventilation at all when the toilet door is closed and even with opening of that small little window, worse still, it’s facing the back of the surrounding blocks and you can imagine how dirty it is. I’m a person with low tolerant of cold and I can feel warm and stuffy in the room. So much so that I have to open the door wide when my son was having shower.

The toilet door can’t be closed properly and need to slam to securely closed! The skirting in the toilet is dropping off and the layer of “cushions” on the wall is peeling off.

We return from outside and night to need to open the main door facing the street, the semi glass door up the stairs, the metal gate at the reception area, before we could walk up the stairs to open our room. The thing is, the “gate” at the reception area need to turn the key and push open without turning the knob. So it actually auto locked by itself. So we are safe.

We heard funny sounds at the door and my son said someone was trying to open the door! I had to block the door from opening by using the chair to block the handle of the door.

The table lamp not working and I have to use the light from my selfie stick, else will have to sleep with the light on or in total darkness.

My son said there’s a fly in the room, after we return from outside at night. And when I was ready to sleep I heard the mosquitoes buzzing but could find it. The next day, my son told me he was bitten by mosquitoes and not able to sleep well!

They placed an electronic mosquito repellent at the toilet after i told them about the mosquitoes.

When I walk past other rooms on level 1, I saw their rooms are big and bright with natural light. I guess it’s the room we had that made me don’t feel good, otherwise it’s not a bad stay.

The receptionists are very helpful and polite, They even tell us where to visit and have meal. Too bad that I can’t really understand his accent, so don’t really registered what he said.

Questo hotel è ottimo per la qualità prezzo. Ha una posizione centrale a 15 minuti a piedi dal centro e 12 dalla stazione. La camera era molto carina,pulita e con tutto l'essenziale. Lo staff è stato gentilissimo, super disponibile e cordiale, ci hanno fatto sentire a casa e coccolati, sono state davvero delle persone di cuore. L'unica cosa un po' scomoda è il bagno piccolo e la doccia a pavimento che bagna abbastanza il bagno ma mi è stato spiegato che da poco hanno preso gestione dell' hotel e faranno dei lavori di rinnovo della camere e dei bagni. Nonostante questo lo consiglierei a chiunque, per chi non pretende tantissimo, noi sicuramente ci ritorneremo. Grazie ancora ❤️

Per una notte di passaggio può andare bene, senza pretese.

Interessantes, offensichtlich herrschaftliches Gebäude mit einem Aufzug wie aus alten Filmen (der aber einwandfrei funktioniert!). Das Hotel ist im 1.Stock, die Zimmer sind einfach, aber funktional. Die Betten sind sehr gut und alles ist sehr sauber.
Florenz ist kein Provinzdorf und wer günstig übernachten möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Das Zentrum ist gut und schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit.

Hotel położony stosunkowo blisko dworca i centrum, ale jednocześnie przy dużym ruchliwym skrzyżowaniu, co słychać przez takie se okna. Jest ogrzewanie, jeżeli ktoś przyjedzie w styczniu-lutym. Polują mocno wyeksploatowany. Z wyposażenia tv i lodówka. Średnioczysto. Dobry stosunek ceny do jakości.

Posizione centrale , pulito e accogliente ma soprattutto la gentilezza e disponibilità delle persone che sono alla reception.....se dovessi tornare a Firenze sicuramente alloggero' qui

Nel cuore di Firenze. Accoglienza bellissima, camere pulite ma un spartane, però c'è qualità prezzo

Abbiamo soggiornato 5 giorni circa, non abbiamo riscontrato nessun problema. Mi dispiace vedere le recensioni negative perché ci stiamo trovati benissimo, la Signora sopratutto molto disponibile e gentile, l'ultimo giorno addirittura lei personalmente ha comprato i cornetti freschi Presti dal forno. L'unico difetto se dobbiamo proprio metterlo è la posizione dell'hotel, ma infine il centro è facilmente raggiungibile in pochissimo con i mezzi, infine a mio parere non è un difetto da far mettere meno di 5 stelle. Wondering if this hotel was the inspiration for Fawlty Towers. We will remember this accommodation for a long time for all the wrong reasons. Upselling breakfast…repeatedly, Powerpoints stuck behind the bedhead and unable to be used for the bedside lights or chargers. A fridge that has no power point at all, a sheet of wallpaper covered plywood with no handles serving as a bathroom door, the frequently mentioned paper thin walls, the list goes on.
Nice front door and VERY secure! Only 4 locks to get through to access our room!

Giving 4 star ratings mainly because of the 3 male reception staff,all 3 of them & the lady who served us breakfast! Polite,welcoming with a smile,highly accomodating! Thank you! ???????? Kind behaviour of the staff made our stay pleasant especially after the rude services we experienced from hotel & restaurant staffs in Rome!

Clean,comfortable rooms! Toilet/bathroom in good working conditions!

-Wall in the bedroom seeped,water was on the floor,the wall was damp! The staff mopped the floor dry & rubbed cleaning alcohol.Our room wasn't changed.Management said the building is old! The damp wall made us uncomfortable as damp & mouldy wall without proper ventilation can be bad for health!
