Esperienza bellissima, personale di una gentilezza rara, siamo state accolte in questa struttura dall'ambiente caldo, accogliente ed unico. Ci si perde a guardare tutti gli oggetti da collezione che caratterizzano l'ambiente e rendono le camere tutte diverse tra loro. È stata una bellissima sorpresa la scoperta di questo luogo! Nota di particolare merito la cura delle camere e la pulizia delle stesse e degli spazi comuni, e dell'attenzione verso il cliente. Ci siamo proprio lasciate coccolare! Complimenti a chi, con amore, si prende cura di questo luogo giornalmente. Un abbraccio e arrivederci!

The rooms at this property are huge and very spaciious - nlike most of Europe that offers tiny rooms, Soprarno rooms are suites! Great if you work on your trips as I do, spending days in the room felt more like staying in a home. I

I recently had a great experience at SoprArno Suites. My family and I stayed for 4 nights in mid December. The location is great as it is a short walk to the two bridges over the Arno river into the centre of the town. And what a beautiful town it is. The check-in process with Brunella was very friendly and efficient. Our rooms (3 of them) were very large and also beautifully styled. In the past I have stayed in ‘older’ historic buildings, and unfortunately everything in them has been old and not very user friendly. In Soprarno’s rooms the incredible charm and history of the building is apparent everywhere, but the facilities (bathrooms) are new, modern and very functional. Which is how it should be.

The included breakfast was comprehensive and plentiful. The assistance we received from Brunella and Viviana was outstanding. It felt like we were staying with old friends or family. So much more personal than a higher end hotel alternative. We were travelling with two toddlers and had to leave very early on the final day. Viviana, completely unprompted, provided us with travel snack bags so that the children would have something for the long train journey. The furnishings in the communal area are very comfortable. The ‘honour system’ snack kitchen/bar are a rare but welcome touch. We hope that it works as intended and will continue into the future.

Thanks to the whole team, the location and the historic ambience of the building we loved our stay at SoprArno Suites. Thanks again. (We wish we could vote 6/5)

My family and I just completed a 4 night stay at the lovely Soprarno Suites in Firenze. We stayed there for the week of our wedding and directed our guests to use the hotel also.

We absolutely LOVED our time here. The individually styled rooms are stunning. The service and communication from the entire team was superb throughout. And we loved the location.

We were travelling with our 3 daughters, two of which were very young, the Soprarno team ensured we had connecting rooms and even packed snacks and breakfast for our family for our early departure back home!

We will only be staying here on future visits. Hopefully see you for an anniversary soon! Grazie mille. Carla and family.

We had a wonderful stay at Soprarno Suites. Our room was large and comfortable. The staff were very nice and helpful. The location is great. It’s whiting walking distance to most of the main Florence sites. There also lots of good dining options within walking distance. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great Hotel with individually styled suites. Rooms are big and comfortable. Attentive Staff, Leonardo has been great with all our queries about places to eat, etc. Great place to stay for exploring Florence. South of the river away from the busy central area. It is only a 10 minute walk to the centre. The rooms facing the main street might be noisy on weekend nights. Breakfast is nice continental buffet. Definitely a place to be away from the busy and touristy central area.

The perfect place to stay in Florence. Our room was huge, with a gorgeous fresco high above on the ceiling, lovely maps on the walls, a great bed and desk and all the right conveniences. The whole hotel is decorated with wonderfully quirky pieces and wall hangings. The staff was thoroughly helpful and friendly. And the location is great -- a block from the Pitti Palace, and a short walk to the Ponte Vecchio and the major sights.

Amazing hotel with beautifully designed rooms in the heart of Florence. Could not recommend more!

Outstanding.
Chic, spacious, and delightfully quirky this is perhaps the best BnB I've ever stayed at.
Location is superb, no more than 15 minutes walk from the Duomo, 2 minutes to the Boboli and 5 to the Ponte Veccio, without all the grinding touristy nonsense elsewhere.
Stunning bed, showers, linen, and very good breakfast.

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and absolutely loved it! The hotel is very updated, clean and rooms are spacious with beautiful high ceilings. The staff were very helpful and kind.

Complementary coffee machine in the lobby as well as in your room is available which was convenient. The hotel is also in a perfect location with less tourists.

We will stay here again in the future or stay at one of their sister hotels!! Thank you!!

Hotel w zajmujący dwa piętra w kamienicy. Pierwsze wrażenie bardzo dobre - duże pokoje, bardzo czysto. Dobra klimatyzacja, biurko, winda, fotele ogólnie wszytko jak trzeba. Na każdym pietrze pomieszczenia wspólne bardzo gustownie urządzenie. Na pierwszym pietrze pokój wspólny z jedzeniem i czerwonym do swobodnego korzystania z późniejszym uregulowaniem rachunku. W pokoju przedpokój połączony z łazienką - fajne rozwiązanie dla par, ale istnieje możliwość zamknięcia drzwi. Śniadanie w lokalu zapewne dawnej kawiarni na parterze. Menu na śniadaniu dobre ale niezmienne. Lokalizacja pod każdym właściwa cicho, niedaleko od dworca i starego miasta. Co ważne wszystko zgodne z opisem, parę rzeczy nas zaskoczyło na plus i jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu.

We absolutely loved our stay at SoprArno! Charming and unique rooms, kind and helpful staff, perfect location (many great spots nearby and a quick walk over the bridge to the popular sites of Florence). The claw foot tub below original frescoed ceilings is definitely one to remember! We also loved the breakfast spread offered.

Just the most lovely, warm and welcoming experience from check-in to check-out. It was clear everyone working at SoprArnos suites made our comfort their priority. Being complete novices to Florence, they provided all the information on the most beautiful places to sight-see as well as the best food in town. I could not recommend this location enough, especially for a tourist!

Really poor service and zero empathy. I booked my trip months back and we were to fly to Rome and then Florence, staying at the Soprarno Suites. The day before flying due to to extreme heat reaching 38degrees in Rome. I collapsed and an ambulance was called. Being 10 weeks pregnant I was advised by the Italian Dr’s to not travel as Florence was 5-6degrees hotter and weather warnings had been issued. Having had one miscarriage previously I was very concerned about this pregnancy so we took the Dr’s advice. We tried to contact the hotel for HOURS and there was no response. Our booking agent took 48hours to get in touch too after we contacted them. We had hoped the hotel would be sympathetic but we were told they had been contacted and couldnt care less and charged us a fair amount even though we tried to contact them less than 3hours after the deadline. So we didnt get to stay there as we went home but we wouldnt recommend to anyone. If a place doesnt answer the phone after 3 people are trying for 60hours.. how good can the service be in person?

Location incantevole a due passi da Palazzo Pitti e dal Ponte Vecchio, le camere sono arredate con grande attenzione ai dettagli e alla reception le due signorine Floriana e Brunella sono state gentilissime e disponibili. Consiglio vivamente . Ritorneremo qui appena possibile.

We had a wonderful experience at Soprarno Suites. It is in a location that feels less crowded and touristy so that was very pleasant. The property itself is adorable and quaint. It felt very comfortable. We stayed 5 nights and it did not feel crowded in our room. The showers are huge with wonderful water temperature and pressure. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. We were given a bottle of wine upon arrival which was a great touch. My husband and I enjoyed the breakfast options. The only thing I wish was that breakfast was offered earlier in the morning. It did not begin until 8am so it was challenging to go if you had an early tour or activities planned. We had to miss breakfast 1-2 times because of that. Another thing I did not love was the lighting in the bathrooms. It was a little dark so applying make up was a little challenging as I couldn't see everything clearly. Overall though I loved the vibe of the property and would highly recommend to others coming into to Florence.
