Palazzo Castri opened its doors to the public after a complete restructuring of its magnificent Florentine Renaissance building. A perfect example of what is now called a Boutique-Hotel. It is a real pleasure to walk through the rooms and corridors of this magnificent hotel, discovering the place and especially its garden "La Limonaia", with swimming pool and solarium! Endroit calme dans le jardin de l’hôtel avec un personnel accueillant. En revanche, les plats ne sont pas travaillés. Dessert sans intérêt.

Ma femme a pris un filet de poisson rempli d'arrêtes quand on l'a fait remarquer à la serveuse elle nous a répondue que c'était parce que le poisson était frais. Je pense plutôt que c'est parce que le cuisinier n'a pas voulu s'embêter à travailler comme il se doit son poisson. Le service est peu lent alors que le restaurant n'était pas plein. Le pain posé sur la table vous est facturé 3,5€ quand même.
Heureusement ce sentiment mitigé se dissipe un peu grâce au 50% de la fourchette. Expérience moyenne vous pouvez trouver facilement mieux à Florence.
