Pleasant and clean, bright and clear. Some rooms have views of the Duomo. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bulk of furniture is wood. The floor tiles or parquet floors keep the rooms very clean. A good location, especially for those who are not disturbed by sharing a bathroom.
