HOTEL ALINARI ^{* * *}

Ottimo hotel, a due minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria di Santa Maria Novella, 10 minuti dai luoghi da visitare. Struttura pulitissima ed eccellente colazione sia dolce sia salata.
Zona circostante tranquilla e sicura.
Non esitate a prenotare una camera per il Vs soggiorno a Firenze.

今まで泊まった中で最悪なホテルです。

ホテル予約サイトや公式サイトに載っている写真は嘘です。特にバスルームが最悪で、トイレの真横にシャワーが付いているだけのものでした。囲い等一切無いのでバスルーム全体がびしょ濡れになります。あまりにショックで写真を取り忘れてしまったので、イメージ画像を載せておきます。
この最悪のバスルームの画像はどのサイトを見ても確認できませんでした。まるで使用人の部屋です。バスルームがこれだと分かっていたら絶対に予約しませんでした。

部屋の設備もしょぼくて、あるのはタオル、石鹸、シャンプー兼ボディソープ、ドライヤー、使いかけでほとんど残っていないトイレットペーパー、甘ったるくて不快な香りのディフュザーのみ。ディフューザーを置く余裕があるならコップやハンガーを備え付けてほしかったです。
ティーカップは言えば貸してもらえますが、電気ケトルはありません。

他にも
・部屋に蚊が2匹もいました。コンセントに差すタイプの蚊取り線香のようなものが部屋にあったので一応差しっぱなしにしていましたが全く効果はありませんでした。
・部屋が寒かったです。よりによって冷え込む夜にエアコンが勝手に止まります。
・フロント目の前で掃除用具入れがすぐ横にある部屋だったため、話し声や物音がうるさかったです。
・全体的に安っぽい家具で、スーツケース置き場も小さすぎて役に立ちませんでした。
・フロントスタッフが何となく怖かったです。表面上愛想良くしている感じですが目が笑っていません。何かお願いしたりするとめんどくさい感を露わにします。
・夜遅くに到着したためスーパーが開いておらず、やむを得ずフロントで水を購入したところ€3もしました。(スーパーの10倍の値段)
・ホステル並みの客室にも関わらず、観光税は3つ星ホテルとして1人1日€6も取られます。

とにかく色々最悪すぎてここを選んでしまったことを非常に後悔しました。高いと有名なヴェネツィアのホテルの方がコスパが良く清潔感もあり、観光税も安かったです。

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

The pictures on the booking site and the official website are lies. The bathroom is especially bad, there is a shower without screen right next to the toilet, and the whole bathroom is soaking wet. I was so shocked that I forgot to take a picture of it, so I attach an image that help to imagine.
I couldn't find any pictures of this horrible bathroom on any of the related websites. It is like a servant's room. If I had known the bathroom would be like this, I would never have booked it.

Room amenities were also poor, with only towels, soap, shampoo/shower gel, hair dryer, used toilet paper(almost running out), and an unpleasant smelling diffuser. I wish they had provided cups and hangers.
Teacups can be lent if you ask, but there is no electric kettle.

Others
・There were 2 mosquitoes in the room. I left the electric mosquito repellent for amenity plugged in, but it was not effective at all, probably it had expired.
・Very cold room. Air conditioner stopped by itself at night.
・My room was right in front of the front desk, and the cleaning supplies closet was right next to the room, so there was a lot of talking and noise.
・The furniture was cheap and the suitcase storage space was too small to use.
・Atmosphere of the front desk staff is scary. They are friendly on the surface, but their eyes are not smiling. When I asked him for a favor, he frowned at me.
・The supermarket was not open because we arrived late at night, so we had no choice but to buy water at the front desk, which cost €3. (10 times the price of a supermarket).
・The rooms are as good as hostel rooms, but they charge a tourist tax of €6 per person per day as a 3-star hotel.

I regret very much that I chose this hotel because it was so bad in so many ways.
Venezian hotel which is famous for being expensive, was more cost-effective, cleaner, and had a lower tourist tax.

Hotel comodissimo ai servizi, 3 minuti a piedi dalla stazione e forse 10 al centro città, oltre alla Tramvia che porta anche all'aeroporto.
Camere ben insonorizzate, pulizia, cortesia e professionalità.
Non posso che consigliarlo vivamente.
