Hotel maravilhoso! Localização perfeita, pequeno mas com excelente infraestrutura, quartos limpos e funcionais, café da manhã muito bom e funcionários educados e atenciosos. Volto com certeza!

立地良くスタッフ感じいいだったけど　部屋のとバスルームが狭すぎた。約畳3分の2畳にトイレ洗面台シャワールームがあり洗面台に関しては何も置く場所がなく化粧ポーチなどトイレの蓋の上に置いていた。

Habitación 309 , para 4 personas
Poca luz en el baño, avisamos que una de ellas estaba fundida y no la cambiaron
Agua con poca presión
Falta de espacio para poner las cosas
Las camas: colchones incómodos, mal olor (también avisamos y no hubo respuesta), televisor no funciona ( también avisamos) y estuvo funcionando a ratos
Aire acondicionado inútil, ( también avisamos y no dieron solución).
En fin, fueron dos noches, y lo mejor del hotel ubicación cerca de todo y la estación de trenes

One of our favorite places we stayed during our trip to Italy in March of 2024. The breakfast was amazing with vegan and vegetarian options. The cappuccino was delicious as were the fresh juices. The rooms were clean and even though we were in a busy area, we could not hear street noise from below. The hotel is in a prime location with easy walking to the leather/food market, the Accademia, the Duomo, the Uffizi, as well as other areas. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful with recommendations for local restaurants. The bathroom amenities were great and this was the only hotel out of 5 in Italy that had wash cloths.Check in and check out were easy. We were able to store our luggage before check in as well as after check out. They also have a convenient restroom right off the lobby that we were able to use before we checked in and after we checked out. I would definitely go back to this hotel and recommend it to others.

Warm staff and good breakfast. The rooms were well maintained but felt slightly dated. The front desk staff always made us feel welcome. The location of this hotel is great, a short walk to the cathedral, train station, and major sites. Unfortunately the wifi was not working properly during our stay so planning the days was difficult. I would still recommend the hotel, especially if you are traveling with kids or a family.

Very nice staff, great location, great breakfast. Rooms are very small even by European standards and very hot, thermostat didn't work even after we asked front desk to turn it on.

Excelente hotel em todos os sentidos: localização (próxima da estação de trem e numa área bem agradável ), atendimento muito gentil de todos os funcionários, quarto confortável, com todos os recursos necessários, ótimo café da manhã, instalações modernas e limpas.

La habitación no era la que esperábamos, pero fué culpa de la agencia de viajes, nos la intentaron cambiar en el hotel pero ya no había, la atención perfecta, el desayuno un poco justo, la limpieza aceptable, el detalle final de una postal escrita a mano con galletas toscanas, detallazo!

Solamente con el trato recibido por las recepcionistas, especialmente Aurora, merece la pena alojarse en este hotel. Además, la ubicación es muy muy buena, cerca de la última parada del tranvía que viene desde el aeropuerto (Unitá) y muy cerca del centro. El desayuno muy completo. Nuestra habitación era pequeña, pero lo compensaron dejando hacer uso gratuito del minibar. Si volvemos repetiremos seguro.

Hôtel très bien placé au coeur de la ville, dans la partie historique, à 5mn du Duomo. L'accueil est chaleureux. Aurora nous a beaucoup aidé pour réserver des restaurants tops, elle est charmante. Le petit déjeuner est correct, sans plus. La chambre était petite mais très bien agencée. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

Personal muy atento y con detalles que se agradecen. Buena ubicación, puedes ir caminando a cualquier parte del centro y al lado de la última parada del tranvía.
Si volvemos a la Toscana será nuestro hotel.
