A nice surprise at the sight of the name that doesn't sound very Florentine.

Ci eravamo già stati e ci eravamo trovati bene ma dtavalta la camera era molto piccola il bagno appena accessibile in compenso ambiente caldissimo.

Horrible. La limpieza brillaba por su ausencia. Al llegar por la noche y abrir la cama habían pelos por las sábanas. Nos cambiamos de habitación y vemos el cuarto de baño con medio techo lleno de moho y polvo de años en el aspirador. La mampara de la ducha no cerraba con lo que el agua se salía. La ubicación genial y el trato fue bueno pero no me gustó nada la falta de higiene. Como mínimo, si está asi el aseo, no ofrecer esa habitación hasta que esté arreglado.

Ottima la posizione e il garage di fronte, tutto il resto pessimo, stanze sporche con una moquette degli anni 70...odore di chiuso e bagni pieni di muffa, ok vecchio, ma la pulizia lascia veramente a desiderare, la sera dell'arrivo in bagno non usciva l'acqua....insomma un disastro. Certamente non lo consiglierei

Un asco y una estafa, el hotel es de 3 plantas pero te alojan en una buhardilla sin ventilación y sucia, con toallas y sábanas que huelen mal y llenas de manchas. Los suelos llenos de pelusas. El baño sucio, el desagüe de la placa de ducha atascada y la cisterna se queda pillada y hay que cerrar la llave de paso. No se lo recomiendo a nadie, la limpieza es lo mínimo que debe de cumplir cualquier alojamiento y más si supuestamente eres un hotel 3 estrellas y cobras las tasas turistas como tal.
