Hotel centrale e curato nei dettagli! Personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Camera spaziosa e bagno molto grande (suggerirei solo di migliorare la vasca/doccia). Consigliatissimo anche per la posizione strategica

My Wife and I stayed here earlier this year and what an amazing experience. We originally had a junior suite room booked and were upgraded at check-in to the top floor, corner suite. We were literally right over the Ponte Vecchio bridge with amazing river views. The room was incredible and the overall service at the hotel was top-notch. I would highly recommend staying here when you visit Florence. Thank you to the team at Hotel Continentale.

Conheci o hotel porque fui visitar uma amiga. E achei tudo muito bom. Tudo novo. A equipe muito atenciosa. Os ambientes modernos. E o quarto aconchegante.

PESSIMA ESPERIENZA!
Chiamo per prenotare un aperitivo in terrazza, mi dicono che non si può prenotare telefonicamente, ma che si può fare tramite sito o presentarsi direttamentedato che NON C'È OBBLIGO DI PRENOTAZIONE.
Arriviamo un po' prima nel caso ci fosse da aspettare, subito la cameriera ci accoglie bruscamente e ci dice che c è un attesa di 30/40 min, nessun problema, aspettiamo.
Dopo un po' ci dice che un tavolo sta pagando e che si sta liberando per noi, ringraziamo e aspettiamo.
Dopo un altro po' s avvicina dicendoci che non c'è posto per noi e che ce ne dovevamo andare.
PESSIMA ORGANIZZAZIONE E PESSIMO SERVIZIO!

Stayed for one night. Very good and attentive team helping when needed. Rooms were great and located very centrally for easy access to the city sites.
