The place is beautifully warm, the two chefs Michele and Danny are especially attentive with their day students, and the classes focus on sustainable agriculture and local Tuscan ingredients. After a must-see tour of the market and the selection of certified products, you will learn how to cook a traditional, healthy and tasty Italian meal. Many of the menus are vegetarian, all of them are a great source of inspiration.
