The International Center for Performing Arts, dedicated to the world of Franco Zeffirelli, opened its doors in Florence in September 2017. Housed in a former convent with baroque architecture, right behind Palazzo Vecchio, he pays tribute to the Italian director and director, born in Florence in 1923. On 3,200 m ², a museum featuring the particularly dense work of Zeffirelli (spoken theater, opera, cinema), and a performing arts school.
