Family villa offering rooms all furnished with antique furniture and particularly warm

Eleven rooms in a traditional Renaissance style house, located in the middle of woods, olive groves and vineyards, on the slopes of Retaia. Villa Rucellai has been owned by the Pique family for more than two centuries. Everything is simple, quiet and in very good taste for a safe stopover. The rooms, all furnished with antique furniture and ochre and yellow colours, are particularly warm. The high ceilings add to the charm of the rooms, some with large bathrooms. For a relaxing stay!

Absolutely enchanting Tuscan stay while honeymooning through Italy. We wish we could have stayed longer.

We were greeted by Marina, who instantly welcomed us like family. After a stressful commute to get to Prato, it was so nice to have such a well-humored, friendly person to instantly take away all of the stress. It only got better from there. We will certainly be back!

Beautiful, authentic old villa located in calm and remote place. Friendly and helpful staff. Delicious breakfast can be eaten on terrace with a fantastic garden view. Rooms are well maintained. It was an outstanding experience.
