Nice tavern in the center of Pistoia, in business for over 20 years.

Right in the historic heart of Pistoia, here's a table with charm. The decor is pretty, bright and pleasant. The cuisine is meticulously prepared, respecting the seasons and the principles of the Slow Food movement. The menu boasts traditional dishes, and we should also mention the very good and hearty salads. As an added bonus, there's a wide choice of wines, some even sophisticated, as the owner of this osteria also owns the bottega "I Sapori della Botte Gaia", located in via di Stracceria, just 20 metres away.

Si mangia assai bene, piatti tipici toscani serviti elegantemente! Stonano le tovagliette di carta in un’osteria ci dev’essere la classica tovaglia bianca! Almeno a me piace così ????????

Il miglior posto dove allungare le gambe sotto il tavolo degli ultimi tempi. Abbiamo mangiato a un tavolino fuori con un clima da sogno. Pietanze oneste e buone. Niente intingoli e untumi gratuiti. Proprio tanto tanto bravi !
