Nice tavern in the center of Pistoia, in business for over 20 years.

Right in the historic heart of Pistoia, here's a table with charm. The decor is pretty, bright and pleasant. The cuisine is meticulously prepared, respecting the seasons and the principles of the Slow Food movement. The menu boasts traditional dishes, and we should also mention the very good and hearty salads. As an added bonus, there's a wide choice of wines, some even sophisticated, as the owner of this osteria also owns the bottega "I Sapori della Botte Gaia", located in via di Stracceria, just 20 metres away.

Che dire. Ce ne fossero sempre ristoranti così. Qui ci si riappacifica con il cibo. Cura e dedizione per coccolare il palato dell' ospite. Un servizio, poi, puntuale ,cordiale e schietto. Bravi.

Ristorante non turistico al centro di Pistoia, la location è raffinata e molto pulita. Buona la zuppa di ceci e castagne, ottimo il peposo e superlativa la torta di mele con crema pasticcera. Gentile il personale, conto un po' più alto della media.
