As the years go by, Montebuoni remains THE sure bet in the Florence area. Former chef in France, Emilio renews his menu to present the best of Tuscany. Concerned about the quality of the products, he himself buys them and designs all the plates. The house is untreatable on freshness. A dish of pappardelle, Tuscan pasta, to start with. Then ask for snails, tuna or the excellent nirvetti (knee nerve) lying on toast. Moreover, on the markets of Florence, Emilio's recipe is sold.

Nous avons été super bien accueillis. Vue magnifique sur la Toscane. Plats délicieux et conseillés par le chef cuistot. Prix raisonnable. Le tout était parfait
