Located in San Casciano In Val Di Pesa, Unico Ristorante is an agritourism restaurant that promotes the well-being of people and the environment. The establishment offers refined cuisine deeply rooted in Tuscan tradition, while respecting the cycle of the seasons. Most dishes are concocted with quality, fresh, organic produce from the San Michele A Torri farm, just 300 meters from the restaurant. Other ingredients come from rigorously selected local Tuscan producers, promoting responsible, local consumption. During your tasting, you'll discover strong, typical and authentic flavors, while being carried away by the memory of tastes from the past, revisited with a touch of modernity. Every day, the chef designs and creates the menu according to the availability of produce. An excellent address for an unforgettable taste experience!

Comme il s'agit d'un restaurant situé dans la ferme voisine de San Michele a Torri, on s'attend à des produits de 0 km et à une grande qualité, que l'on retrouve dans les plats et leur préparation.
Le menu est intéressant et varié, les portions honnêtes et bien présentées.
La carte des vins est limitée à sa propre production mais ne décevra pas.
J'y suis allé plusieurs fois et j'y suis toujours retourné avec plaisir.
