MUSEO D'ARTE SACRA DI SAN FRANCESCO
Museum of Sacred Art housed in the former convent of Saint-François, exhibiting an important collection of religious works and objects
Since 2002, the former convent of Saint-François (dating from the first half of the 16th century) has housed this museum of sacred art, which exhibits an important collection of religious works and objects from the region's churches. Among other things, you can admire a splendid polychrome terracotta attributed to Baccio da Montelupo (1469-1523), as well as the Madonna col bambino fra i Santi Bartolomeo e Francesco, an altarpiece by Francesco Granacci (15th century).
