In Lucarelli, near Panzano in Chianti, this village inn opens its doors to you for a moment of generous delicacies!

Go to Lucarelli, five kilometers south of Panzano in Chianti, to discover this hamlet located at 285 meters above sea level along the river Pesa and its church of San Martino built in 1938. There, a gourmet village inn, a bit like a postcard, offers tasty traditional Tuscan dishes, including gnudi, pici with wild boar, maltagliati with porcini mushrooms, la finocchiona... The pasta is of course homemade and the meats succulent. The menu changes every month, reflecting the best of seasonal products. Simple but so good!

Le Panzanelle are the best in Chianti. There’s no doubt about that. They never gave in to the temptation to raise prices, which they could have done, given that they are in a very popular region and they make exceptional food. Both locals and tourists go there, which is not that common, and the cooking is quite simply exquisite. A rare gem!
