Dario Cecchini, a child of butchers for several generations, has decided to take over the family business but by offering more than just a butcher shop. Hospitality is sacred in his shop. He also invented many products based on pork fat, Chianti salt (salt with spices) and the famous Chianti tuna. And to top it all off, he created different restaurant concepts revolving around his butcher shop.
