In the small town center, this butcher's shop is a true family history, in this case that of the Chini family, who, already in the 17th century, raised pigs in a semi-wild state in the woods of Barbischio, a hamlet near Gaiole in Chianti. Today, the production remains small-scale and limited, ensuring high quality. The place is worth a visit for its cured meats from Cinta Senese, for its porchetta and its carefully selected Tuscan meats, as well as for its tasty sandwiches (to be composed by oneself), ideal for a snack.
