Close to Piazza del Campo, there is a restaurant that serves traditional Tuscan cuisine with a medieval touch, without being a classic tourist catch. Buonissimi i primi tortelli ripieni con salsiccia e fichi su crema di cavolo nero e le tagliatelle al tartufo (fuori menu).

Les tagliata aux cèpes à la plancha resteront un grand souvenir de mon voyage en Toscane!
