Ein klein wenig vom Paradies.. Sehr gepflegte Anlage mit einem ebenso schönen Pool. Personal gastfreundlich und bemüht, einem die Wünsche von den Augen abzulesen. Ruhig gelegen zwischen Olivenhain und Wein Reben aber zentral für Ausflüge nach Pisa, Florenz etc. Strand kann in ca. 11/2 Std. erreicht werden.

Mormoraia was truly an unforgettable experience for us! San Gimignano is famous for it's wineries and cosy hotels and this is the best place to stay with no hesitation. Every member of the staff were kind and helped us with anything. Our room was comfortable. We enjoyed the wine tasting experience. Breakfast had a large variety. Dinner was under our expectations but still it was an amazing stay for us.

Reception and service were very good, the food was delicious in the restaurant. The hotel is in a location with an amazing view of the winery. The rooms were very clean and modern. A highly recommended place to stay, an unforgettable experience.

Fantastic say at Mormoraia. Our suite was lovely and spacious, great service from all of the staff (who all spoke English well) and we enjoyed dining at their restaurant, Il Finile all 4 nights. Outstanding breakfast buffet each morning. Bonus was very good and affordable wines made on the property. One of the most beautiful settings we have ever stayed in, very peaceful. Eugenio was especially gracious, helping us with an issue and arranging taxi service. A must stay in Tuscany, we hope to return!

Mormoraia was an absolute dream. The facilities are beautiful and clean and updated, the views and proximity to San Gimignano and other quaint Tuscan towns are perfect but what really sets Mormoraia apart is the staff and service. We were treated like royalty and the staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and welcomed. They remembered our preferences, gave us great recommendations and were always available. The on site restaurant is 5 stars as well. We ate there several times and each meal was better than the last. The included breakfast is a great value as well. The wine tour and tasting with Julia is a must. She’s very knowledgeable and the sustainable wine production is very impressive.
Each member of the staff was very professional and very welcoming from management through to all. We will absolutely be back!

Con amiche ho trascorso una notte in questa struttura: abbiamo avuto diversi disguidi ma soprattutto purtroppo il personale non è stato all’altezza delle aspettative di un hotel quattro stelle. Con ordine: i servizi che risultano inclusi in fase di prenotazione online in realtà sono tutti a pagamento. Topo in camera (sì, avete letto bene un topo in camera in un quattro stelle), porta del bagno difettosa che ha richiesto intervento di un guardiano (non è presente la reception h24). Molto deludente da parte dello staff non ricevere sconti, offerte o prodotti dopo tutto quel che è successo. Non lo consiglio, non torneró. Tutto fumo e niente arrosto.

Sono stata recentemente ospite presso questo albergo e purtroppo la mia esperienza è stata molto deludente sotto diversi aspetti.

Innanzitutto, una delle cose più sgradevoli è stata la scoperta di un topo in camera. Questo è inaccettabile in qualsiasi struttura alberghiera e indica un serio problema di igiene. Tuttavia, ciò che ha reso la situazione ancor più frustrante è stato il comportamento del ragazzo alla reception il giorno dopo. Non solo non è stato d'aiuto, ma è stato incredibilmente poco professionale nel gestire la situazione. La presenza di un topo in camera è sinonimo di scarsa pulizia e manutenzione, e ci si aspetterebbe che il personale almeno dimostri preoccupazione e offra assistenza, ma purtroppo non è stato così.

In secondo luogo, sul sito di prenotazione (Booking) erano indicate alcune agevolazioni gratuite nella SPA. Tuttavia, una volta sul posto, abbiamo scoperto che tali servizi erano in realtà a pagamento. Questa discrepanza tra quanto pubblicizzato online e la realtà è stata molto deludente e ha compromesso l'aspettativa di un soggiorno rilassante e senza costi nascosti.

Infine, un episodio particolarmente sgradevole è stato quando un'amica si è chiusa in bagno alle 23:00 e la porta si è bloccata. A differenza del personale della reception, il ragazzo della security è stato il solo a fornire assistenza immediata. Questo suggerisce che la struttura ha problemi di manutenzione, in quanto una porta che si blocca è sintomo di un guasto meccanico.

In generale, la struttura potrebbe essere meravigliosa, ma il personale non è attento né professionale. Hanno dimostrato di non essere disposti a gestire situazioni problematiche e hanno fornito un servizio poco professionale e persino maleducato in alcune occasioni. Questi episodi hanno sicuramente influenzato negativamente la mia esperienza e mi fa riflettere seriamente sulla possibilità di tornare in questo albergo o di consigliarlo ad altri viaggiatori.

Highly recommend this location. Close to a lot of Tuscan destinations. The people are friendly, they spoke good English which was a nice surprise since non of the emails I received were in English. Only thing for improvement I noticed was the walls are thin so you can hear the hallway and neighbors making noise.

I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone

Eccellente. Personale accogliente, disponibile, simpatico, preparato e professionale. In particolar modo Giulia, che si occupa della degustazione, è stata perfetta con la spiegazione e la contestualizzazione di ogni vino. Ristorante da non perdere sopratutto i primi, davvero ottimi. La vista sulle colline circostanti si commenta da sola; fantastica.

Cordiali, disponibili e con dei panorami mozzafiato,questa realtà di San Gimignano rappresenta tutto ciò che si cerca quando si vuole respirare aria pulita e senza stress. Alzarsi la mattina, aprire la finestra e vedere i campi è qualcosa che ti mette di buon umore sin dall'inizio. Ottima la colazione,che seppur non abbondante soddisfa ogni palato. I ragazzi sempre gentilissimi sono pronti ad aiutarti in ogni passaggio. Qualità del Ristorante di gran lunga superiore a molte realtà ben più rinomate

We spent 5 nights at Mormoraia. The views were great. The bed was the most comfortable of the 4 places we stayed in Italy. The room was clean and well stocked. The restaurant was good, as was the included breakfast. Antonio and team were extremely friendly and helpful. They did whatever they could to ensure that our stay was pleasant and went smooth. They were also a big help in scheduling taxi's and were pleasant to work with in trip planning. And we cannot forget the 4 cats that roam the property and love to be petted. They also had a nice pool area, which we enjoyed.

The only problem with our room was that there was no table or desk to serve as a work area. Other than that - the place was perfect.

From the moment we checked in with Francesca we were made to feel and treated like important guests. Our suite was beautiful and comfortable. The food, wine and other spirits were plentiful and always available. Each morning we were greeted warmly by Andrea and Angelica who were great cafe latte makers! Eugenio the best manager. No request was too small for him to make happen. We had an 8 am pickup on day of departure. The staff opened the dining area at 7:30 for us to grab a coffee and yogurt or toast. The location was also spectacular and close to both medieval towns of Siena and San Gimignano. Hope to return someday!
