Cheap and popular address with small but perfectly clean rooms

Occupying a recent building, built in the 1970s, Burlamacco Gold is a cheap address, where you will have to rely more on the kindness of the staff (Paolo and Veronica will give you a very friendly welcome), than on the comfort of the rooms. Small, they are not very familiar, but perfectly clean. Located in the pedestrian center of Viareggio (350 meters from the beach and the promenade, 400 meters from the train station) and with such a good price, the establishment remains very popular, especially in summer.

Informale , punti di forza sono la pulizia super e la posizione strategica, in una bella zona della città, dove tutto è raggiugibile a piedi, oltre alla cortesia e disponibilità del personale.
A chi viaggia da solo come nel mio caso, viene assegnata una bella stanza con letto matrimoniale e bagno in camera, confortevole e accogliente.
Ambiente tranquillo e ben frequentato.

Ottima struttura con rapporto qualità prezzo top,camere estremamente pulite e in ordine, gestori disponibili e gentili, posizione centrale che permette di raggiungere negozi, ristoranti, spiaggia e mezzi di trasporto facilmente a piedi.

Camera molto carina e accogliente, bagno nuovo, tutto estremamente pulito, biancheria di ottima qualità, materassi molto comodi, gestori gentili e disponibili. La posizione è eccellente, in una piccola strada silenziosa perfetta per riposare, allo stesso tempo molto centrale quindi comodissimo per raggiungere tutto comodamente a piedi, inoltre a pochi passi c'è la stazione ferroviaria per raggiungere velocemente posti bellissimi come Lucca Pisa Firenze ecc.
Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo , consigliato.
È necessario indicare un orario di arrivo perché il servizio di reception non è attivo 24h su 24.

Staff are extremely rude and unaccommodating. It is embarrassing the way the staff speak to customers - a refresher course in customer service is well over due! Avoid like the plague!
