Set in a period palace with stone vaults, in the historic heart of Pisa, this welcoming restaurant offers menus of di terra (earth), di puddle (sea) and greenery (vegetables), good, original and at very fair prices. It is one of the best tables in the city, set in a very refined historical setting, which combines tradition and creativity. The presentation of the plates is just as well worked out and successful. Reservations are strongly recommended to avoid disappointment.

Petit restaurant authentique dans lequel nous avons été très bien accueillis. Nous avons particulièrement bien mangé, contrairement aux autres restaurants "touristiques" que nous avons testé dans la zone. Le menu de la mer est d'un rapport qualité prix superbe,et le service chaleureux .

Accueil très agréable dans ce restaurant qui offre une cuisine succulente! Pâtes à la poutargue, pan fritto et prosciutto, un délice! Très convivial, c'est sans doute le meilleur restaurant de la ville! En revanche, le restaurant ferme en été à partir de la deuxième semaine d'août.
