A lovely restaurant with an original concept: here there are no waiters!
A must. No service, the customer chooses from the day's offerings and sets the table himself, fetches his plate when the chef calls and clears away at the end of the meal. Typical or more surprising dishes, like goulash and polenta on the day of our visit. In secondo, you can choose between fish or meat, and we highly recommend the latter. The dessert of the day, always at a low price, concludes an impeccable meal in an authentic atmosphere. Go before 9pm, especially on Fridays and Saturdays.

Many choice of appetizer, 1st menu (primi), 2nd menu (secondi), meat and vegetarian, dessert with reasonable price and portion. The restaurant also offers the 1st menu in a small portion with half price.
The food i ordered was delicious (Pasta with broccoli and mussels). It was fresh cooked.
If the food has been ready, the counter staff will inform us, we should take the food from the counter. Parmesan and bread are free of charge. There is no charge of copperto.
The drinking water from the water dispenser is also for free.
Very friendly staff. Recommended to try if you are in Pisa.
