Located just a few steps from the Arno River, in front of the San Martino church, Galileo offers traditional and local cuisine where the origin of the raw materials and their freshness are the basis of its recipes. Meat or fish, the menu offers dishes of the Tuscan tradition. Authenticity is emphasized with the different cooking methods adopted to bring out the flavors and aromas. Classics revisited with a touch of innovation. The pasta, one of its strong points, is obviously homemade. Don't miss: the baccalà, the stoccafisso, the ribollita and the trippa!

Non c'è altro da fare che mettere cinque stelle in tutto, dall' accoglienza, il servizio, la location, ma soprattutto dai piatti che rispettano la tradizione toscana. I sapori erano ottimi e le portate abbondanti. Tornerò sicuramente anche per salutare il personale di sala e il simpaticissimo cuoco, che ci ha offerto secondo e terzo giro di amaro mentre si chiacchierava del campanilismo toscano. A presto!
