Ho dovuto subito ricredermi! Abbiamo preso una insalatina ai carciofi e pere come antipasto, per poi proseguire con una zuppa toscana di farro e borlotti. Tutto accompagnato da pane fresco، un bicchiere di Vermentino toscano e ottima compagnia.
Tanto di cappello a Milena, la cameriera di sala che è stata gentilissima e preparata nelle spiegazioni di ogni singola portata.
La mia compagna ha preso anche i pici al pomodoro e li ha apprezzati parecchio.
Torneremo sicuramente a mangiare e a dare un saluto ai ragazzi che ci lavorano.
