This pizzeria, well known to locals since 1985, is located inside a large courtyard, which offers the advantage of eating outside, which is not always possible in the center of Pisa... The pizzas indicated on the menu are equivalent in quantity to two pizzas and are served on boards(taglieri). It is of course possible to order a single portion on a plate, and the price is therefore halved. Although the main attraction is the pizzas, La Cereria also offers à la carte dishes.

Posto storico della ristorazione Pisana i suoi piatti non deludono, la pizza poi una delle più buone di Pisa, leggera, ben cotta e digeribile.

Siamo stati in questo posto per cena, abbiamo preso 4 pizze, una differente dall' altra, avevano tutte una consistenza gommosa e un sapore insipido, abbiamo dovuto aggiungere il sale e l'olio piccante per poterle finire di mangiare. La pizza pisana con una miseria di formaggio grattugiato sopra. La birra menabrea alla spina è bevibile, il locale nel complesso è accogliente, con una varietà di quadri appesi, il personale è gentile. Gli altri commensali hanno avuto le stesse mie impressioni. Non torneremo mai più in questo posto. Menu cartaceo su richiesta, altrimenti QC da inquadrare con lo Smartphone, ormai una abitudine diffusa. W il menù da sfogliare!
