Pasta lovers must stop off at this pretty spaghetteria. On the menu: pasta, pasta and... pasta! The chef focuses on fresh ingredients: homemade pasta and fresh stuffed pasta. This little restaurant is located in the historic center of Pisa, behind the San Pierino church, on the piazza Cairoli (ex piazza della Berlina). The house specialty is giropasta: a tasting of a choice of four pasta dishes served in Tuscan-style pans. A good idea if you can't decide!

Sono tornato dopo un bel po’ di tempo e ho notato un netto peggioramento. Servizio approssimativo, cameriere piuttosto distratte: l’assenza della vecchia responsabile di sala (sempre gentile e attenta) si percepisce. Abbiamo ordinato per primi ma i piatti di pasta sono arrivati prima al tavolo che ha ordinato dopo di noi. Piatti passabili anche se poco saporiti. Per un buon piatto di pasta ci sono posti molto migliori a Pisa
