Pasta lovers must stop off at this pretty spaghetteria. On the menu: pasta, pasta and... pasta! The chef focuses on fresh ingredients: homemade pasta and fresh stuffed pasta. This little restaurant is located in the historic center of Pisa, behind the San Pierino church, on the piazza Cairoli (ex piazza della Berlina). The house specialty is giropasta: a tasting of a choice of four pasta dishes served in Tuscan-style pans. A good idea if you can't decide!

Abbiamo preso un primo al cinghiale che sapeva di tutto compreso pesce ma non di cinghiale, lo abbiamo fatto presente ma il risultato non è cambiato o lo mangiavamo o lo lasciavamo chiaramente pagandolo, con questo ho detto tutto!
