Il personale è disponibile e cortese, gli ingredienti e il menù sono lavorati sapientemente, di gran scelta e l'intera esperienza del pasto è stata veramente eccezionale.
Tutti i piatti del menù meritano per sapore lavorazione e scelte delle materie prime.
The wine selection is enormous!
Beppe welcomed us warmly and led us into the dining hall, a traditional Tuscan setting up that’s got its appeal. He helped us with recommendations and the food was delicious and flavoursome.
Our daughter loved the truffle and egg spaghetti. We enjoyed the fish of the day smoked sashimi and two typical pasta dishes. The spaghetti “on the board” (seafood in a rich tomato sauce) was to die for.
Paired it with a white Vermentino wine, which was crisp and mineral.
Desserts are also all home made and apt for any sweet tooth.

Wenn ich Seeigel Spaghetti auf der Karte sehe, kann ich nicht widerstehen. Ich liebe diesen einzigartigen Geschmack. Die Pasta war top. Auch die Cozze Pisa Style als Vorspeise kann ich empfehlen. Das Lokal schaut von außen nicht besonders schön aus, aber davon braucht man sich nicht abschrecken lassen.
Di straforo assaggiato un capocollo pugliese più unico che raro.
Complimenti allo chef e alla scelta delle materie prime.
