Delightful little B&B with terrace and patio with large and carefully decorated rooms

A delightful little B&B in the heart of the historic center, housed in a ^15th-century building built on the site of the ancient Roman theater. The rooms are spacious and carefully decorated by the owner, giving each its own distinctive style. The most characteristic room, "Il Giardino", opens onto a small patio whose vegetation contributes to the romanticism and tranquility of the place... a jewel. Breakfast is served on the terrace and includes a wide range of sweet and savoury products and home-made pastries. A welcome aperitif is offered on arrival.

Locanda Sant'Agostino, very beautiful and comfortable. The people who run it are very kind, and always attentive to the needs of the ir customers. To dplace. ????

Had a good stay here. Room was good if a bit dark. Be prepared to climb stairs to get to the room. Breakfast was good, as was the lady who looked after us. It was in a perfect position in the old town. Walking distance of all the sites. Train station was a 20 min walk away, so easy to get around Pisa etc. No complaints a good choice for us.
