Pessima accoglienza da persona sgradevole e per niente a disposizione del cliente, camere spartane e prive di ogni comfort, accesso alle stanze di difficile percorrenza, primo gradino o ultimo se si scende altissimo e per niente adatto ad anziani e bambini o persone diversamente abili. Bagno in condivisione con altre 3 camere, ho trovato persino persone che non alloggiavano presso la casa in bagno e sporco, peli pubici nel lavandino.
Location rumorosa e periferica. Sporco e per niente curato. Da ricordare, infine, che LE CHIAVI DELLE STANZE SONO TUTTE UGUALI!

Poco curata la pulizia... Abbiamo trovato capelli in bagno e polvere nei mobili. Sono spariti alcuni biscotti (?) . Insomma tutto molto strano...

Ad 1 km dal centro, ben posizionato i titolari sono gentilissimi e disponibili...forse le camere andrebbero un po modernizzate e riviste...ottima posizione per chi vuole visitare Arezzo .....
