Near Porta Santa Maria, this is an address to remember for its excellent traditional cuisine, charming welcome and cleverly laid-out terrace, despite the sloping street! Away from the tourist hustle and bustle, Il Cacciatore (the hunter), dedicated since 1904 to excellent local meat, lives up to its name. In addition to antipasti and homemade pasta (the pici cacio e pepe is a delight), the centerpiece is the tasty Bistecca Chianina served in its simplest form. Goodness and taste! A delicious moment in the ancient Etruscan capital.
